This website is operated by English Chamber Orchestra (ECO), a charitable incorporated organisation registered in England and Wales: charity number 1214613, CIO registration number CE041015. Our address is 2 Earl Street, Cambridge, CB1 1JR.
Donations, memberships and subscriptions
Please read the information for your chosen donation, membership or subscription before paying, including the amount, any benefits, payment frequency and cancellation arrangements. A recurring donation and a paid membership are different arrangements. Questions about payments, stopping future payments or requesting a refund can be sent to James Rutherford at the address below. Any refund will be considered under the applicable law and the terms of that payment.
Gift Aid applies only to eligible payments where the relevant requirements are met. It does not automatically apply to tickets, sponsorship or every membership payment.
Tickets and orchestra hire
For ticket bookings, check the event details, seller, total price and booking conditions before payment. Where another organisation sells the tickets, its booking conditions apply to that sale. For booking changes or refunds, contact the seller identified in your confirmation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Orchestra hire is subject to an agreed quotation and contract. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Emails and personal information
We may contact you to administer your donation, subscription, membership or booking. Newsletters and other marketing are handled separately in accordance with your choices and applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.
Supporters, sponsors and partners
Our website acknowledges supporters and may feature sponsors, partners and their offers. Any third-party offer is subject to the terms identified with that offer. Acknowledgement of support does not by itself amount to a recommendation of every product or service provided by that supporter. External websites have their own terms and privacy notices.
Using website content
Website text, photographs, recordings, logos and other material may be protected by copyright or other rights belonging to ECO or their respective owners. You may link to our pages. For other uses, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder unless the use is permitted by law.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or disrupt the website.
Accuracy, rights and changes
We aim to keep information accurate and current. Please check the relevant event or offer details before booking or paying and tell us about any error. Nothing in these website terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these website terms as our website or legal requirements change and will show the updated date. Updates do not retrospectively alter an existing booking or payment agreement.
