In Harmony with Peace
We are delighted to collaborate with the Choir of King’s College London in a special performance that celebrates shared values of peace, sustainability, and equality.
The programme brings together a rich and varied selection of works that reflect the breadth of musical expression across time, place, and style, united by a shared spirit of connection and collaboration.
Beginning with the timeless lyricism of Bach’s Arioso, the programme moves through traditional Danish music and the evocative sound world of Piazzolla. It weaves between classical and contemporary voices, including music by Fauré, Ravel, and Sakamoto, alongside film music by Ennio Morricone and the distinctive voice of John Lennon.
The programme also highlights emerging talent, with Princeton vocalist Tessa Boyle featured in works by Easha Nandyala and Lennon, reflecting the importance of nurturing young musicians within an international context.
This project also brings together young musicians from Princeton High School through the UNESCO ASPnet Schools Network, reflecting a wider commitment to international partnership and cultural exchange. The concert offers a unique opportunity to unite these organisations, showcasing the power of music to connect communities across borders and generations.
